dayoftheassassins.com can be enjoyed without submitting any personally identifying information. But if you’re under the age of 13, and you want to submit a review, comment or enter any competition run on the site please obtain the permission of your parent or guardian beforehand.

We never impose conditions on a child's participation in any activity, nor require the child to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for us to administer the activity. You may ask us to delete the information your child has submitted to us by sending us a message entitled ‘Delete Personal Information’ to enquiry@dayoftheassassins.com.

When children enter competitions, we ask for their names and email addresses. This is so that we can let them know if they have won anything, in which case they will receive an email requesting a postal address for their prizes. All details are kept strictly confidential and are never used in future for mailings, promotions or any other purpose, nor are they ever disclosed to third parties.

Submissions

Any comments, reviews, feedback, suggestions, photos, artwork and similar information or materials submitted to us will become our property upon submission. By providing any Submissions, you agree to assign to us, at no charge, all worldwide rights, title and interest in copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the Submissions. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the Submissions that you provide, and that you, not us, have full responsibility for the Submissions, including their non-infringement of any other person's proprietary or privacy rights, their legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.
